What will the shipping fees be for my order?

Shipping fees will be calculated based on your address where the package will be delivered through the United States Post Office

Shipping options: First-Class Mail, Priority Mail, Express Mail, First-Class International Mail and Priority International Mail

Zuur Jeans also offers other international shipping. For international orders using a different carrier then USPS please do not place your order through the shopping cart. Send an email to Customer Service at customerservice@zuurdenim.com for our international shipping rates under other carriers. You will need to supply your shipping address.  Remember, shipments outside of the U.S. may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Since duties and taxes vary by country and by what was ordered, we are not able to supply an estimated cost. Please contact your customs office for more information. 

When will my order be shipped?

If you placed your order between Monday and Thursday it will be shipped the same day or the day after. If your order was placed on Friday prior to 3:00pm PST, the order may be shipped the same day, if not it will be shipped on Monday. You will receive an e-mail confirmation from customer service once your order has shipped. 

How do I track my orders status?

Once your order has been placed please allow time for the system to update. To track your order you can go to the Customer Service page. Once an order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email from Customer Service that will contain your tracking information.

Do you offer Gift Cards?

At this time we do not offer gift cards. 

When will my credit card be charged?

Zuur Jeans will not charge your credit card provided until right before your order is shipped. When you enter your credit card information on the check out page, we’ll give you an order confirmation number. You will also immediately receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been received. We will send you another e-mail to notify you when your order has been shipped and we’ve charged your credit card.

What are the benefits for signing up for an account?

The benefits to the customer when signing up for an account is that you won’t have to re-enter your credit card, shipping or billing information; when you place an order they will be filled in automatically. 

Why did I receive a call or e-mail to verify my order?

For the security and protection of our customers, with the normal course of fraud control if we find something to be suspicious about your order, we will call or e-mail you to verify your information and that the order is correct. 

How will I know that my order has been shipped?

Customer service will send you another e-mail with your tracking number and a link to where you can track it online. 

How can I cancel or change on order?

To cancel an order you recently completed before your order has been shipped you can log in and click “cancel order.” If for any reason you would like to change your order, please contact customer service as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. Any cancellation requests received after the order has shipped and before delivery of order the customer will be charged for the return freight and handling. Once order has been received the customer must return the package unopened and the freight must be pre-paid. The freight and handling is not refundable, so a credit will be issued for the amount charged to your account minus original freight and handling. 

How can I pay for my order? 

Zuur Jeans accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card, American Express and PayPal. 

Will I be charged sales tax on my online order?

At this time we only charge sales tax on items sold in the state of California as that is where we have a physical location. 

Is ordering on your website secure?

Yes, our website is hosted by Intuit Inc and they use SSL encryption which makes all orders absolutely secure. The SSL encrypts the transmissions from our ecommerce servers as well as your computer. SSL encryption works by forming a matched pair with the transmission from your computer transmission and our server, so that only data to and from these sources can be valid. 

Do you ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses?

For security reasons, we do not currently ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. 

If I send my order as a gift to someone, will they receive the invoice?All orders are shipped with an invoice in the packaging. If you would like us to remove the invoice from the package, please send us an e-mail immediately after your order is placed by sending order details to customerservice@zuurdenim.com 

What is your returns policy?

Zuur Jeans assures you (the customer) that our merchandise will be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange. The items must be unwashed, unused and unworn for the item to be accepted for a refund or exchange. The merchandise must be returned with proof of purchase within 30 days from date of purchase. Any merchandise received after the 30 days without prior approval is at our discretion for a store credit. PLEASE NOTE: we do not accept returns of merchandise or products not purchased via this website.

Returns for US CUSTOMERS due to any manufacturing defects or any other defects shipping is complimentary, please contact customer service by email at customerservice@zuurdenim.com. Include in the email what is the defect that is wrong with the merchandise, your full name, contact phone number, order # and address where merchandise will ship from. Customer service will then review your email and contact you if additional information is need. If no additional information is need you will receive an email back with a printable label to send the item back.

Returns for INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS are not refundable due to security constraints and shipping is not covered.

When will my credit card be refunded or when will my store credit be available?

Once your package has been received, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 business days. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment. 
The credit may not show up until your credit card’s next monthly billing cycle. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your order when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us. 

When processing an exchange we automatically credit you in the original form of payment and reauthorize a new payment for your exchange. Please remember if you are using a bank or debit card your financial institutions may not have processed your credit yet and this could result in a non-sufficient funds charge if you are executing a return/exchange.

If you choose to have store credit instead of a refund or exchange this will be issued after the 7 business days for processing a return. You will receive an email from customer service notifying you that there is a credit on your account. 

How can I find out about any new products and/or special promotions?

You can check the home page in the upper right hand corner for announcements or click on the Sales section of the home page near the bottom. Or you can simply register with us and you will be eligible to receive e-mail updates on new products, sales, events and other special announcements. 

How can I find out if a store near me sales Zuur Jeans?

Go to our store locations page and it will list any stores that currently carry Zuur Jeans. 


Are the products on the website the same as in the stores?

Yes. Although our website may have a greater selection than a store in your area, the products are the same. 


Why can’t I select the color or size combination I want/looking for?

It’s possible that the color/size combination you want is not in stock. For example, we may have your size in stock but not the color. Or we may have the color, but not your size. You can email our customer service department if what you’re looking for is out of stock, they may be able to help you in terms of when the product will be available. 


What is your company’s privacy policy?

We will never share your e-mail address or personal information such as addresses and phone numbers with any third parties. Any information collected on this website will be used for fraud control, order verification or internal marketing purposes only.
