Zuur offers the following Returns Policy:

Zuur Jeans assures you (the customer) that our merchandise will be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange. The items must be unwashed, unused and unworn for the item to be accepted for a refund or exchange. The merchandise must be returned with proof of purchase within 30 days from date of purchase. Any merchandise received after the 30 days without prior approval is at our discretion for a store credit. PLEASE NOTE: we do not accept returns of merchandise or products not purchased via this website.

Returns for US CUSTOMERS due to any manufacturing defects or any other defects the shipping is complimentary, please contact customer service by email at customerservice@zuurdenim.com. Include in the email what is the defect that is wrong with the merchandise, your full name, contact phone number, order # and address where merchandise will ship from. Customer service will then review your email and contact you if additional information is need. If no additional information is need you will receive an email back with a printable label to send the item back.

Returns for INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS are not refundable due to security constraints and shipping is not provided.

Please Note: Zuur Jeans will not accept any packages that arrive as COD.
